How it Works
Our device is designed for easy insertion and removal with an inflation mechanism that provides customized support for your prolapse.
It's as easy to use as a tampon.
Simply insert the applicator, inflate the balloon, and when you are ready to remove, pull the string to deflate the balloon and dispose.

Elevanse was born out of the Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellowship, where we were trained by world-class experts in healthcare innovation. We blend design, engineering, clinical insight, and business strategy to create solutions that truly fit the needs, comfort, and lives of the women we serve.
Ivana Llobet
Ivana is an experienced medtech entrepreneur with seven years of international experience leading innovation across engineering, business, and product development. With deep expertise in user-centered design, market strategy, and customer discovery, she brings the technical insight and commercial acumen to drive products from concept to market.
Samantha Preston
Samantha is a mechanical engineer and medtech innovator with over eight years of experience designing and developing healthcare technology. She has contributed to more than 20 product launches and holds multiple patents, bringing a strong technical foundation and strategic vision to Elevanse’s mission of redefining care for women with pelvic organ prolapse.
